A stainless steel bolsters found on all knives in this series ensures safety. This makes it difficult for your grip to slip from the ergonomic handle to the blade. It is manufactured from a single piece of high-quality steel that boasts an optimal balance between carbon and chrome. The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade is also corrosion-resistant, sharp and flexible.
