We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so at our Newmarket store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Alternatively, we offer store credit equal to the purchase price, which never expires and can be used both online and in-store.
Please ensure all returned items are in their original, unused condition with the original packaging (no exceptions!). If you receive a damaged item, contact us at shop@thehomestore.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. We will replace any damaged items at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange goods purchased from our website within 30 days. You may select any replacement products, though some exclusions apply. If the exchange value is lower, the difference will be provided as store credit. If the value is higher, the difference must be paid in full before dispatch or collection.
Please note that you are responsible for the original delivery cost and the cost of returning the goods using our standard delivery method.
