Ensures sharpness
Depending on the level of use, even ultra-sharp knives become dull over time and do not cut as well as they did at the beginning. In such cases, it's useful to have the practical ZWILLING sharpening stone. Measuring 20 x 8.5 cm and 4 cm thick, it is exactly what is required to get dulled blades – with or without serrated edges – sharp again. One side, with a coarser grain, is intended for the so-called preliminary honing, and the finer side is for the final smoothing of the blade. You'll soon be an expert in knife sharpening.
