Now containing the enhanced Swiss Diamond XD coating, this pan features not only a new nonstick diamond-reinforced coating formulation but also an advanced PFOA-free and eco-friendly production process.

Designed for years of trouble-free cooking and easy home cleanup, the rivet-free surface conducts heat evenly and is easy to clean. Simply wash with warm water and a soapy sponge for an effortless clean. The extra-thick, cast-aluminium body has a perfectly flat base that will not warp while in the oven or when cooling down. Nothing conducts heat more quickly or efficiently than diamonds, and the new coating is designed to be used without excess oils or butter, ideal for years of healthy eating.

The XD the coating also features a significantly improved seal between the cooking surface and the aluminium base, making a more durable layer with even better food release properties. The cast aluminium construction also provides perfect heat distribution that eliminates hot spots. Brown your meat on the stovetop, then transfer it to the oven (up to 500°F) to roast, and then back to the stovetop to prepare your gravy.
