The roaster is a versatile piece that cleans with ease. Now featuring the new Swiss Diamond nonstick coating, this roaster is even better than ever. With 20 percent more diamonds, this roaster provides years of trouble-free cooking.

With a rivet-free cooking surface for maximum protection against bacteria and a perfectly flat base that will not warp while in the oven, this roaster is an asset for any busy kitchen –especially during the holidays. With a large capacity and a cooking depth of 4 inches, this roaster will comfortably fit a 6-8 lb. roast. Sear your cut of meat on the stovetop to lock in flavour, and then transfer directly to your oven (up to 500°F). When you are done roasting, remove your meat and place the pan back on the stovetop to make your gravy.

The Swiss Diamond XD coating browns foods for a savoury exterior, while also creating rich pan drippings needed for flavorful sauces. PFOA-free and now more durable, this nonstick diamond-reinforced coating is also designed to be used without eccess oils or butter, creating lighter meals for you and your family. This roaster also features an extra-thick, cast aluminium base with a significantly improved seal between the cooking surface, creating a tougher more corrosion-resistant layer. The aluminium construction prevents burning on the bottom, while also transferring heat evenly around the entire piece of meat. Looking to braise? Simply use the heat-tempered glass lid. The knob features an adjustable steam vent for advanced moisture control.
