Available in White Truffle, the round Cocotte is a piece of professional cookware that makes an attractive, yet traditional addition to any table as well as a highlight within any kitchen. With a diameter of 20cm it features ergonomic handles, making the enamelled cast iron pan easier to hold. The inside of the cocotte is coated with matte black enamel, which enables heat to be distributed well and when paired with the tight-fitting lid, also saves energy during cooking. The lid features a special design that collects condensation and then allows it to drop evenly across the food, as well as a silver knob for lifting the lid. With a volume of 2.2 L, this cocotte is perfect for 2 people or larger side portions and can be used for slow cooking, stews or for meat and vegetable dishes. This white truffle round cocotte is perfect for colourful dishes such as "Tomato Gazpacho", which stays cool in the cocotte even on hot days. But hot dishes such as a delicious ratatouille are in good hands in the cocotte and stay hot for a long time.
