With our Long Ceramic Tart Dish, we have chosen an original shape that allows you to cook tarts thoroughly, as well as thicker preparations, such as quiches and clafoutis. You can then cut them into beautiful, perfectly rectangular slices, easy to serve and transport. Enjoy snacks on the go and lunches in the sun!

The high, slightly sloping edges of your Long Tart Dish allow for generous filling and allow air to circulate between the sides and the pastry so that it is deliciously golden and crisp. It goes from the oven to the table, is scratch-resistant when cutting – practical for cutting slices directly from the dish – and retains heat during the meal.

And, a high-quality ceramic tart pan like this one is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. A real pleasure.

Our tip: when you butter and sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the dish, a slight caramelization occurs, making it even easier to remove and creating an even more delicious crust.
