We work hard to keep our pricing competitive. If you find the same item cheaper at another New Zealand retailer with a physical store/showroom, we’ll do our best to match their price so you can shop with confidence at The Homestore.

We focus on matching like-for-like retailers who offer in-person service and local support.

How to request a Price Match
Please contact us via Live Chat (fastest) or the Contact Form, and include:

• A link to our product page (or product name + SKU)
• The competitor’s link
• The competitor’s price (NZD, incl. GST)
• Your delivery postcode (so we can compare delivered price where applicable)

We aim to respond within 24 hours (often faster during store hours).
