Consisting of a slim, sturdy carving knife and a large carving fork with two robust prongs, the set is versatile and professional. The products also impress visually with their simple design. The knife is precision-forged from a single piece of high-quality steel. The FRIODUR blade made of ice-hardened steel is corrosion-resistant, flexible and retains its cutting edge. Two-stage V-edge honing also ensures long-lasting sharpness and excellent cutting properties. The seamless handles are made of solid plastic and are comfortable to hold at all times. This allows each work step to be carried out precisely and with minimal effort.
