The HANNOVER pepper and salt mill from ZASSENHAUS is as modern as the trade fair city in Lower Saxony. Its slender body is visually divided into two parts. The lower part is made of beech wood in a black, robust cast iron look. Above a stainless steel ring sits the upper part, optionally made of noble oak, olive or walnut wood. The grinding mechanism made of high-performance ceramic is also in a class of its own. It is harder than steel, wear-resistant and corrosion-free. The grinding degree is infinitely variable from powder-fine (1) to coarse (6).
