The TechnIQ 27 x 27cm Grill Pan - Commercial grade non-stick - perfect food release.

The extra long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium+ nonstick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil.

Designed and made in Denmark, suitable for use on all cooktops including induction.

Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use: Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do NOT use excessive high heat.
