The Avanti® Omelette Pan With Removable Egg Poacher has made it easier than ever to create the fluffiest omelettes or perfect poached eggs. The pan has a half-round shape with a joined lid that allows you to flip the pan when you want to fold the omelette - no more need to hand-flip messy omelettes. It features a Xylan non-stick coating on the interior which prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning up fast and easy. USE & CARE

  • Before first use. pre-season pan with cooking oil. Coat the surface by wiping oil on with a paper towel. Place pan on low heat for 2 or 3 minutes. Pan is now ready for use. Do not use metal utensils on non-stick surfaces. Only cook using a pan on low or moderate heat.
  • Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers.
  • Rinse Thoroughly
  • Wipe dry with a soft cloth
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Preheat both sides of the pan over medium heat with butter or oil. Divide the whisked egg mixture between the two sides of the pan. Cook slowly on low heat. Cook unlit the centres have set. Add desired ingredients to the inside with the handle. Fold the omelette by gently closing the pan. Serve immediately.
  • Fill pan (handle side] with water place over moderate heat and bring to a boil. Do not let the pan boil dry! Season each poaching cup with butter or oil. Break one egg into each cup. Use the other half of the pan as a lid and close. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until the egg white is set but the yolk remains liquid. Invert eggs onto a serving plate. Serve immediately.
