USE & CARE
- Spray the ring with cooking oil. Place on a seasoned hot fry pan or griddle. Pour raw egg or ¼ cup batter into the ring. For crumpets and pancakes, once large bubbles come to the surface and the top is set, remove the ring, flip and cook until done.
- For Yorkshire puddings, place greased rings on a greased baking sheet, and allow them to become thoroughly hot before adding the mixture. Cook in the usual manner.
