We focus on matching like-for-like retailers who offer in-person service and local support.
How to request a Price Match
Please contact us via Live Chat (fastest) or the Contact Form, and include:
- A link to our product page (or product name + SKU)
- The competitor’s link
- The competitor’s price (NZD, incl. GST)
- Your delivery postcode (so we can compare delivered price where applicable)
We aim to respond within 24 hours (often faster during store hours).
Terms
- Competitor must be a NZ-registered retailer with a physical store/showroom (online-only retailers excluded).
- Item must be the exact same model/variant, brand new, and in stock for immediate purchase.
- Price comparisons are based on NZD incl. GST, and may include delivery to your address where relevant.
- We do not match marketplaces/third-party sellers (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Trade Me sellers) or overseas retailers.
- Approved price matches are valid for 24 hours.
