The cherry red, square US grill pan from STAUB is mainly used for roasting meat. Its bottom has grooves that give the meat an attractive grilled pattern. These grooves also have the purpose of draining excess fat. In the grill pan from STAUB, you roast your meat with very little fat and therefore few calories. It is suitable for all types of stoves and even for an induction hob. The square grill pan has a size of 26 x 26 cm. STAUB makes its pans from cast iron because this material is particularly suitable for searing. In addition, the insides are enamelled so that nothing can burn.
