Whether you marinate, bake, air-fry or sauté your tofu, the OXO Tofu Press will streamline the process of pressing excess moisture to create firm tofu that gets crispy when prepared. The Tofu Press features a rigid plate that will press your tofu evenly for consistent results and has two pressing strengths to customize tofu to your taste. Start at the first setting, and most water will be pressed out of your tofu after 15 minutes; perfect for setting and letting it do the work while you finish other parts of your meal prep. If you want to press out more water, move on to the second setting. The clear body allows you to check the progress, while the design keeps the tofu out of the extracted water. The pressing knob locks flush with the lid for flat, stackable storage. The Press is easy to disassemble for easy, thorough cleaning and is dishwasher safe.
