The pan from the Alba series by BALLARINI stands for Italian passion for cooking and sophisticated product quality. An extremely durable KERAVIS Ti-X non-stick coating with titanium reinforcement makes it a hard-wearing and versatile helper in the modern kitchen. The flat pan has a diameter of 20 cm and is therefore suitable for preparing smaller portions. The extremely thick-walled cookware has a very hard-wearing non-stick coating on the inside, which is particularly abrasion-resistant and also allows the use of metal kitchen utensils. Due to the heavy quality and the durable coating, the pan can be used without hesitation for frequent use. The pan from the Alba series by BALLARINI is made of pure aluminium. Thanks to the bimetal base made of steel and aluminium, the pans are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. Even when things get hot in the kitchen, the stainless steel handle designed by Matteo Thun stays pleasantly cool during the cooking process. Since the pan is dishwasher-safe and wiping with a damp cloth is often enough, cleaning is also easy by hand.
