Price Match

We work hard to keep our pricing competitive. If you find the same item cheaper at another New Zealand retailer with a physical store/showroom, we’ll do our best to match their price so you can shop with confidence at The Homestore.

We focus on matching like-for-like retailers who offer in-person service and local support.

How to request a Price Match
Please contact us via Live Chat (fastest) or the Contact Form, and include:

  • A link to our product page (or product name + SKU)
  • The competitor’s link
  • The competitor’s price (NZD, incl. GST)
  • Your delivery postcode (so we can compare delivered price where applicable)

We aim to respond within 24 hours (often faster during store hours).

Terms

  • Competitor must be a NZ-registered retailer with a physical store/showroom (online-only retailers excluded).
  • Item must be the exact same model/variant, brand new, and in stock for immediate purchase.
  • Price comparisons are based on NZD incl. GST, and may include delivery to your address where relevant.
  • We do not match marketplaces/third-party sellers (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Trade Me sellers) or overseas retailers.
  • Approved price matches are valid for 24 hours.

Shipping is simple and calculated by region at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Fresh Salads and Fresh Berries, All in One Set

The Prepara Pod 2 Pack pairs the layered Salad Pod with the clever Berry Pod, giving you everything you need for crisp, well-organised meals and perfectly fresh fruit — at home, at work or on the go.

Salad Pod – Fresh, Layered Salads That Travel Well

Inspired by the classic mason jar, the Salad Pod uses vertical layering to keep ingredients crisp until you're ready to eat, with a leakproof dressing capsule that keeps everything dry along the way. Its ergonomic shape makes shaking and mixing effortless, and when it's time to eat, the front hatch pulls open to turn the pod straight into a bowl for easy scooping. Made from durable, BPA-free Tritan™ plastic, it's lightweight, break-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and both microwave and freezer safe — as good for pasta and fruit salads as it is for leftovers.

Berry Pod – Fresh Berries Made Easy

The Berry Pod is a smart solution for keeping strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes and other delicate produce clean, crisp and ready to eat. Its removable ventilated basket promotes airflow and drainage, keeping fruit fresher for longer and reducing sogginess, while also making rinsing and washing quick and mess-free — just lift out the basket, rinse, and let it drain. The same leakproof, front-hatch design lets it convert straight into a serving bowl, and beyond berries, the pod can be used on its own for salads and light meals, with a leakproof dressing capsule to keep dressing separate until serving time.

Two Pods, Fresh From Every Angle

Together, the Salad Pod and Berry Pod cover crisp, layered meals and perfectly fresh fruit in one convenient set — reusable, leakproof and ready for whatever your day brings.
