Microplane® has elevated the design and functionality of its paddle-shaped, hand-held paddle graters with the Elite Series. Unique to Microplane graters,  the Elite series includes a transparent cover that doubles as a grating catch feature and a measuring cup with a generous 1-cup capacity. Position the cover underneath the stainless steel grater instead of on top to use the dual-purpose cover/measuring cup.  This feature lets chefs and home cooks conveniently measure while they grate.  The Coarse blade is ideal for grating carrots, hard cheeses, and even coconut.  The made-in-USA blades have etched teeth, making them ultra-sharp.  The sharper the blade grating becomes more efficient, and cuts the food instead of tearing, or ripping.   Cut food retains the flavour and promotes aroma.  Start prepping with the Elite series and elevate your meals.
