Additionally ceramic is a great material to diffuse heat evenly and gently, so the Mixing Bowls are ideal for the ‘bain-marie’ technique. Plus the weight keeps the bowl steady.

It is Microwave compatible; convenient when needing to warm up or melt ingredients quickly.

With just the right weight, it stays stable when mixing with a spoon, and the slant at the base allows to keep the bowl tilted to whisk more easily.
