The handy sharpening rod with a ribbed structure measures 26 cm in length. With a hardness of approx. 62 Rockwell, the sharpening steel is relatively resistant to damage and ensures precisely sharpened knives for the long term. The easy handling makes the chrome-plated sharpening steel a reliable and indispensable accessory for sharpening. You only need to drag the knife over the steel a few times just before cutting meat or other dishes.

  • Sharpening steels with a ridged, highly carbonized and hard chrome-plated steel ensure a good sharpening result.
