Its thick walls gently diffuse the heat from the stove for respectful and even cooking of each grain of rice, while retaining moisture. One-third of the cooking takes place off the heat thanks to the thermal properties of ceramic.
The taste is enhanced, the nutrients preserved. Also suitable for cooking grains, quinoa, etc.
Compatible with all stovetops except induction. Oven safe up to 270°C. - Capacity: 2.5L.
