The high, slightly sloping edges of your Long Tart Dish allow for generous filling and allow air to circulate between the sides and the pastry so that it is deliciously golden and crisp. It goes from the oven to the table, is scratch-resistant when cutting – practical for cutting slices directly from the dish – and retains heat during the meal.
And, a high-quality ceramic tart pan like this one is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. A real pleasure.
Our tip: when you butter and sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the dish, a slight caramelization occurs, making it even easier to remove and creating an even more delicious crust.
