Fine Julienne 2mm x 2mm is to be used for matchstick-size strips, 2mm x 2mm approx, julienne vegetable strips for matchsticks carrots. Chill the carrots, in the fridge and place them into the feed tube horizontally, other ideas are ham, apples, pears, peppers, cucumbers, onions, potatoes, courgette and all other fruit and vegetable preparations.
