Providing trouble-free cooking and easy cleanup, the Swiss Diamond Induction 8” Fry Pan is small enough for an apartment or dorm room, yet provides a little more room for cooking. With a significantly tougher cooking surface and superior food release properties, Swiss Diamond is designed to be used with little to no cooking oils or butter. Not only does Swiss Diamond provide an effortless clean, but the diamond-reinforced coating is a safe, PFOA-free cooking surface. The new XD coating provides years of quality, trouble-free cooking.  Not only are there 20 percent more diamonds than before, but the seal between the cooking surface and the aluminium base is also improved, creating a more corrosive resistant layer.
