Create delicious cannoli right at home with the Avanti® Cannoli Moulds. Made from durable carbon steel, these professional-grade moulds hold their shape and will not bend. Easy to use, simply cut a 12cm circle of dough, wrap it around the mould and seal by brushing a little egg yolk on the overlapping edge. Drop it in hot oil and cook until golden brown.
