The Avanti® EggPoach Cradle makes poaching eggs easy. The cradle is a flexible non-stick vessel that floats on simmering water while eggs cook. Simply bring a pan of 4cm of water to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Coat the inside of the cradle lightly with oil, crack your egg into the cradle, float in simmering water and cover the pan with a lid. Once cooked, flip the cradle inside out to release the domed egg. Poaching is as easy as boiling an egg!
