Instructions
- Clean thoroughly with warm water and dry before use.
- Turn the Ice Cream Maker upside down (stainless steel plate facing down) and place it flat in the freezer for 8-12 hours.
NOTE: To achieve optimal results, the cooling temperature should be maintained at-18 °C. - Take the maker out of the freezer and place it on a flat, sturdy surface with the stainless steel plate facing upwards.
- Pour approx. 100-150ml of the previously prepared ice cream mixture onto the stainless steel plate of the maker.
- Use the spatulas to spread the mixture evenly over the plate and leave to freeze for approximately. 3-5 minutes (until firm).
- Add sprinkles or chocolate flakes for extra fun and flavour.
- Scrape thin ice cream rolls with a damp spatula and then transfer from plate to cup or cone.
- Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
