At just 4.75 inches, it's compact, quick to heat, and incredibly responsive, thanks to its lightweight Blue Carbon Steel construction. Over time, it develops a natural nonstick surface—no synthetic coatings, just pure steel that gets better with every use.

Made in France and safe for all cooktops, including induction, it’s a tiny tool with a big impact, ideal for small kitchens, campers, or anyone serious about their breakfast routine.

The unique blue finish, achieved through a special heat treatment process, provides initial corrosion resistance and aids in the seasoning process. With proper care, these pans will develop a beautiful, dark patina over time, enhancing their non-stick properties and becoming a cherished kitchen heirloom.

Use & Care

Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly with hot water and a scrub brush or sponge —no soap needed. Once clean and dry, season your pan by heating it and applying a thin layer of high-smoke point oil (like grapeseed or avocado). Heat until the oil begins to smoke lightly, then let it cool. This begins building the natural nonstick patina. After cooking, rinse with hot water, wipe clean, and dry completely. Avoid soap and never put it in the dishwasher. Rub with a light coat of oil before storing. Your pan will darken and perform better with every use.
